Phoenix Suns swingman Alando Tucker had arthroscopic knee surgery Tuesday and is expected to be sidelined about four weeks. Team physician Thomas Carter removed loose material from his left kneecap, the Suns said. Tucker, in his second season, has not been part of new coach Terry Porter’s regular rotation.
